Try Nabla Core and Machines for free for 30 days
Full Machines module, one seat, no card required. While our licence server is being brought online, licences are issued by hand: you send us a request file that Nabla writes for you, and we send the licence back, normally the same working day. One trial per customer.
Once it arrives, import it - about a minute, and the licence is verified offline from then on.
Questions we get asked before buying
Is the free version of Nabla a trial?
No. Nabla Free is permanent and does not expire. It is the Core feature set with a 25,000-node mesh limit and watermarked reports, intended for evaluation, learning and teaching. A commercial project needs a paid licence.
How many machines can one licence key activate?
One. A licence is per named user and activates one machine by default. If you need to move it to another machine, or need several seats, contact us.
Can I try Nabla Core or Nabla Machines before buying?
Yes — both are available as a free 30-day licence, full feature set, one seat, no card required. Request it from the order page.
Do you sell academic or perpetual licences?
Yes. Academic, student, perpetual, multi-seat and site licences are supplied directly on enquiry and are not sold through the checkout.
Is Nabla an alternative to FEMM?
It covers the same 2D magnetostatic ground and then continues past it: transient analysis, sliding-band motion without remeshing, several simultaneous motion zones, second-order elements, a thermal module, field-circuit coupling and parametric machine builders.
